A part broke, is it possible to replace it?

If a part breaks, contact our customer service at support@klode.ch and send us a few pictures. We will find a solution together to replace that part. All Mint parts are interchangeable.

I have lost the bag clamp, what should I do?

I think I have lost a part in the handle

On the left side of the handle, there is a black joint, the purge joint. There is none on the right and that’s perfectly normal, you haven’t lost anything 🙂 (We’re sorry if you’ve just spent a few minutes sitting on the floor looking for it or digging through your rubbish)

I feel like my bin is not holding vacuum, what can I do?

There are several reasons that can cause your bin to not hold vacuum properly. Start by consulting the recommendations for use: www.klode.ch/utilisation. Then, consult our checklist www.klode.ch/checklist If you have not been able to identify the problem or if it persists, contact us at support@klode.ch.
